Mind and Body Learning and Development Ltd is registered as a private training establishment by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) under the provisions of the Education Act (1989) and its subsequent amendments.

The Certificate in Peer Support (Mental Health) is the first course developed for Peer Support Workers that leads to a New Zealand Level 4 qualification: the Certificate in Peer Support (Mental Health) (Level 4). The course is approved by the New Zealand Standards Qualification Authority (NZQA) under the provisions of the Education Act 1989, and only Mind and Body Learning and Development Ltd is accredited to teach it.
